So you know the GPA, SAT and ACT scores of these kids? What the heck do you care if theses kids go pro or not. I don't see the parents going on this site and posting where their kid is and what they are doing. No, it's about the crazy parents. If they want to pose as decent parents the they have to expect ridicule. None of these future 'pros' is all that good. Living the dream through their kids instead of preparing them for college? Losers.

"Doesn't work out" as in professionally or on some other pro development team outside of the Revs. Yes, worse is he plays for the Bolts (because you know the Revs won't take him back) and college soccer, which in most cases is what kids are shooting for anyway.

Every parent I've spoken with on the Revs intends to have their son play high school soccer when the time comes. That doesn't bode well for the program.

Most boys don't commit until senior year. Even then college coaches might want them to play DAP

If they are leaving DAP in 9th or 10th grade for high school soccer then they are gambling a D1 commitment. Assuming that's what they want.

We left and pursued other avenues. They are there once the blinders are removed and especially if the primary objective is being the best possible player (and a happy player). From every aspect it has turned out to be a great decision.
