Things aren't going as well as they should be. We're not winning very winnable games. It's time to shake things up and it's imperative that we practice more. There are talented players who aren't being given a chance. Try being more creative. There's so much hidden potential that you're not tapping into.

I don't have a child in the program, but in another thread I read that the teams practice 2 or 3 times a week, not the minimum 4 recommended.
If this is true, then there will be little improvement happening. 2-3 hour and a half sessions a week isn't enough to retain existing skills, let alone gain more.

Have you seen the stats on college players from DAP and Clubs? DAP, especially in this bench-sitting position, is not worth it! Get your boys out now!

Think of it this way: you saved a year's worth of club soccer fees and the players are still getting 3 DA practices per week. Come June (likely before) shop your kids to NPL teams and there will be no more sad pandas.
Parents and players have the power in this relationship, not the clubs. Plenty of clubs around if you are willing to shop and not dead set on DA and free.

The Revs are not a priority for Kraft so that permeates the entire organization. Revs DA has been pretty mediocre for some time now but without a coaching shake up nothing will change.
