Coaches come and go every single year. Other clubs are prepared and are always looking for new and better coaching staff.If BU was a great club finding replacements would be easy.Bu can not get the best kids or coaching staff in area and that is because of their proven track record of losing.The teams this year at BU got worse as the season went on just look up the scores.If Bu can not make a huge turn around next year the club will be done.Does not look promising having no coaching staff 2 months out.

Last night Gutti gave his farewell speech to the U15/16 DA boys. He's leaving to Atlanta United to be with his new found love (family - girlfriend) and excited about his new job coaching at Atlanta United. He gave no word on who's his replacement as DA Director.

Guti is awesome and happy for him. Atlanta is getting a great coach!

For GDA, my daughter was offered everything and a bag of chips. She would have been 100% funded even though we can afford to pay. She could play HS. She would start and get the most playing time. I assume everyone was offered this. I asked for this writing and it was not forthcoming but we didn't wait very long. It was just too good to be true, they didn't know who coach would be, and the other parents we know at the club complain incessantly how awful it is.

DA sent club evaluators and I can for sure say the reports to DA are not promising. Players were interviewed, some players were place on the field to test on basic skills to assess and they all looked pretty sloppy. Development is far from anything that this club does.

Seeing all these butt hurt people is so funny. Davie is the best soccer team in Florida (maybe excluding some DA) no matter how much you guys say they flop or anything else. They have proved it for a couple of years now.

where is this club heading is key,,,? Based on the selection of new coaches and director I'll let you know if the club is ready to turn a new leaf or it will be another disappointing year and many years to come across all age groups in DA. Numbers don't lie and DA teams across all age group got spanked weekend after weekend. ENCL got beat almost at every game. The teams across all age groups didn't improve as the season came to an end.

Boys' DA Director now that Gutti is out?
Girls' DA Director?
Travel "PreAcademy" Director?
Rec Director?

They only play South Florida scrubs and lost to Miramar this season. There's 4 Region C teams that would beat them and 3 Region B teams but they're scared little putos and won't play in any tournaments north of Miami

Can club move DA affiliation to another club?

If director sells the rights to his club to another club does the purchasing club now have DA affiliation and able run DA teams?
