Based on the selection of new coaches and director I'll let you know if the club is ready to turn a new leaf or it will be another disappointing year and many years to come across all age groups in DA. Numbers don't lie and DA teams across all age group got spanked weekend after weekend. ENCL got beat almost at every game. The teams across all age groups didn't improve as the season came to an end.

Last night Gutti gave his farewell speech to the U15/16 DA boys. He's leaving to Atlanta United to be with his new found love (family - girlfriend) and excited about his new job coaching at Atlanta United. He gave no word on who's his replacement as DA Director.

have not found coaching staff as of yesterday

BU website must be the worst website for club info in all of the DAs. All that money Eric is making off this club with that fat salary, come on Eric, spend some nickels and dimes to represent the image of your club in a better light. That website if AWFUL! When was the last time this website was updated? In early 90s

Boys' DA Director now that Gutti is out?
Girls' DA Director?
Travel "PreAcademy" Director?
Rec Director?

Please don't say one Director for all these programs!

how do clubs retain and/or steal players during tryouts?

Must be Cooper City as their tryouts were a ghost town, they are desperate. Players they have were off at other tryouts.

How about concentrating on offering a quality product and good communication with your club members? Do that right and you will retain your players and other clubs won't be able to poach them away. Good clubs don't need to worry about this "problem" at all.

In fact, I would run away from any club where they even consider discussing this topic.

1. Club - communicates well, They are truthful with the parents about who will coach, costs, as well as leagues and expectations.

2. Coaching - A coach who runs solid training sessions, and shows consistent growth in his player's individual performance, as well as team performance.

3. Players - Players actually enjoy playing with each other, push each other to get better.

It is not hard to build a solid foundation for retaining players and even having players want to play at your club...some clubs will lose players because a player will get a legitimate better opportunity in another club (higher league play, more exposure), but for 90% of the players, that will have little impact.

Be honest, hire the best coaches you can, and focus on training.

You do not have talented players by the way a website is displayed but instead by having the teams play showcases and participating in the DA or R3 or NPL league.

I heard it was another DA club not ATL United. Why woukd they hire Guti
