USSF has taken away the badge from poor performers, but not often and usually there's a probationary period. I'm sure in an acquisition or merger situation the new entity would have to apply to continue with proof they meet all the standards required.

Don't be fooled by "no profit" status. There's plenty of money involved. These are not charitable entities. They filed for non profit status for a reason - taxes

That's an old webpage. I believe that most of those coaches have moved on. And you need a B license or higher for DA. CS definitely does not have that.

At the end of the day ROME was not built in a day but they had the people to build it not sure this is the case .

Maybe, but I don't think someone accidentally typed 'CS is named U18/19 Girls Development Academy for 2017-18 Season'... Also strange that the site is the very first hit when you Google "Boca United 2017-18 Coaching Staff". I wish they would just confirm in writing or release an official list for the upcoming season. It is tough to commit based upon lip service, because we know how reliable that is especially at BU.

results equal value. CS has proven track record with the development of the younger preacademy team he managed.

The problem with him is he does not have the lic'd he is a D lic'd GDA and BDA require B or Higher so lets stop talking about him its over until he get a higher lic'd . He is a Club level coach now pre-academy is not DA level its Club level Div 1 or Div 2 it does not matter.

The issue with this club at the DA level is they mix too many players all the time its like they are not sure who they want to dance with at the party.
