Notice how often Armada comes on here to try and disrupt Florida Elite. Armada asks questions and then answers them themselves. We are grateful that Florida Elite families don't come on here for information.

Having only 18 players on a roster is important for Florida Elite. Kids needs playing time. Parents at rival clubs are fed up with larger rosters, less playing time and the coach bringing in outside players for major competitions. Florida Elite never brings in guest players other clubs.

If you are paying to play games then go play Rec. You are paying for training. Games are for fun. Players develop in training.

This is why the team coach and technical trainers must be at a high level and know how to teach the players. Games are for the players and team to put into action what they are learning in training. The ECNL platform allows for 30 on rosters, and if a qualified player for a roster comes along they should be training and playing on the team. Forget the 18 rigid roster . Just watched players get turned away at FESA to seriously go get an offer playing on another club's ecnl team.

Please don't worry about what this tool is saying. Anyone who is mean to kids deliberately will go to Hell. God doesn't like people being mean to kids and neither do inmates oddly. Yep. Looking forward to it. You do realize though that at least on the boys side you will be playing our B teams right? You'll pound your chest with the occaisional win, you'll convince your parents and players that don't know any better that you just beat the top Armada team, but we will all know the truth.

FESA doesn't give discounts. That would mean less $ for the leaders of FESA. The only exception are the few special players that they let play for free so that they don't go looking at what boys DA or the "real ECNL" for girls is all about. Shady business practices abound at FESA!
