No one posting on here is “submarining” a club. Back room deals. A dad coach. No leadership from the club. Those are the things that are and continue to “submarine” the club. The sooner you realize it the better.

Is there anyone at the club other than BB or RF that thinks it is a good idea to have a parent coach filling in when the high school coach can't make it to games or practice?

Is there anyone at the club that think this situation is good for the image of the club?

Does anyone at the club think they the 06 team is going to attract new players having a Dad coach, and a high school coach that misses games and practice?

How long do BB and RF think this can go on? Until the kids go to high school?

Weak links break the chain. The more struggling teams in a club, will only cause the club to break.

Just remember, the group of parents who defend are the ones who cheated their way in. Their kids’ lifeline, it seems is totally dependent on this dad. So they have no incentive to submit.

The group of parents who are talking truth, (but yes, whining) have their hands tied for now.

There is no way this team will remain, coaches included, in tact next year. Not if your club has any decency, I would think.

Can’t wait to have that conversation with college coaches. Hi I’m the person who posted on a soccer message board complaining about wanting a qualified coach training my kid. These people over here they fixed an entire tryout because they weren’t sure if there kids were good enough to make the team and in doing so defend an unqualified dad coach who made it all happen. Yep. I’ll gladly have that discussion. Can’t wait.

Yep kick off kids whose parents poSt on a website because they are “ruining” a team but leave those who cheated to make the team and those whose parents actually interferes with and ruined the team

All college coaches know that FC Bucks are a mess. Only St. Joe’s come calling now out or laziness. St. Joe’s are getting similar results as FC Bucks right now, which make sense.

Not only there was not a dad coach...none of the 2006 Girls ECNL will play in college...they won't be able to without another college scandal having the parents bribe college administrators/coaches to have there kid be accepted into ANY college....
