He left because of the pressure and rightfully so. His Facebook account was with the team as a whole it wasent one girl, unfortunately he communicated in one instant when a few of those girls were drunk and acting stupid— Bad decision from him, but it is believed a disgruntled mother set him up.
Was he a good coach? Absolutely....
was there a sexual relationship with a parent or child? None....if there was, which police agency wouldn’t want that arrest, no one gets away with underage/teen abuse especially an accusation as loud as this one and towards a non important soccer coach who has no political power or connections.

The situation blew up from a disgruntled BSC parent (She) who moved HER child to YU and then SHE with retaliation started with posts on TS to blast BSC, it continued to be exaggerated on TS from culprits along with (MM) of YU in order for the Girls program to fail and a YU takeover of FCTy. One thing is true , BSCs program did fail after he left ( BSC had no choice and forced him out , to much bad PR) YU gained a little, not as much as they had hoped.

In the end both clubs have suffered and will continue too, along with the negative postings here on TS.

Both clubs are much needed in FCty and there’s plenty of players for both clubs to be competitive and successful . Instead of both clubs bashing each other they need to compete on the field in the same league. This continued fight for FCty Is allowing CFC to gobble up the landscape slowly.
I’d prefer not seeing one club run FCty.

Both aren't well run and don't have the badges people seek now for girls. They were strong but now are not due to coaching issues and not riding the next soccer wave. Actually the two could merge and form a solid club but with the personalities involved that will never happen. It's getting harder for smaller clubs to be successful.

You don’t need a badge for a successful Girls program. YU has done ok with recruiting and Girls playing in college, BSC not so well.
BSC has struggled with quality players but they’ve made it hard for the ones already there to be seen by playing in an Inferior league.

BS has gotten its two teams to decent showcases as has YU (coaches rarely go to league games in the lower leagues, mostly just ECNL and DA). After that it's up the the players to sell themselves and to date I haven't seen a recent commit list from either. With the continued decline of NPL you can no longer say it's better than top EDP brackets. Other than YU's one stud team the rest are pretty poor and they will not get decent placements there. They're hanging their hats on the one team. BS has the two HS aged teams, the younger teams are so-so, and as is always the case they'll struggle to keep the better players as they get older and keep teams together. If the two combined to have one good team per age group they'd be in much better shape. Would help BS build the case for eventually getting GDA. But with those two clubs plus CFC Arsenal next door the non ECNL talent is too split.

I see your point but don’t agree. Both clubs should play in the same league of NPL .
Nothing more prosperous than rivals for the good of the game. Both clubs will in the mix of CFC and other GDA or ECNL clubs.

After that it's up the the players to sell themselves and to date I haven't seen a recent commit list from either. With the continued decline of NPL you can no longer say it's better than top EDP brackets. Other than YU's one stud team the rest are pretty poor and they will not get decent placements there. They're hanging their hats on the one team. I don't think anyone else gets girls DA in CT. Oakwood has it. FSA and CFC don't want it (they have ECNL), and BS and yankee are not strong enough girls programs top to bottom. As the previous poster mentioned, they have a few strong teams, but not consistent through all ages.

Bsc ain’t doing anything like that again—Girlscan hookup was a disaster they got fooled once won’t be fooled again.
