MK bought himself another year. He can say he tried again but nothing as usual.

More money to funnel towards Micky Kydes soccer camp. All who donated will get extra 20 percent off any out MK summer camps. Let your tax dollars pay for camp location and BSC pay for my coaching fees and rest is profit for me almost ready to payoff my house. Thanks you “success is choice”.

Shouldn't even be contributions but money that was saved over the years towards such a project. Obviously not enough of that happened

Board members of non profits typically donate, in the real world.

Usually because they're strong armed to do so, or most often as the price for getting a board seat. To my knowledge CFC didn't go begging families for donations (but I could be wrong). From what I've been told BS couldn't raise the money and/or couldn't get a loan to complete the project. The rest is a convenient excuse, and like someone said it buys MK another year with USSF. I wonder if they'll give families the option of getting their $ back until another site is found or if they locked the $ in.

CFC did not ask families for donations because it’s a ridiculous thing to do. I’m not a fan of BS, however the supposed letter/email that was posted above regarding current developments should be verified. OP could have simply made it up...plenty of people with way too much time on their hands. I know several BS families and none of them have a clue what’s going on with BS soccer park. As far as they know it’s breaking ground this spring. The communication (or lack the rod) at BS from MK seems troubling to say the least.

Why not go visit Mickey at his personal soccer park (house) maybe he has the balls to answer his door and tell you the truth or may be he too busy counting his money. Regardles You will see where all the money has gone. Just like the soccer park you can keep your head in the sand but For a very long time Mickey Kydes has used Beachside as his personal bank to pay his expenses for Micky Kydes soccer for pure profit!

BS doesn't have as many teams but they've been around a long time. There should be some serious coin in the bank unless management pocketed all the profits (in the form of "salary" as it's a so called "non profit"

Non-profit doesn't mean no-salaries. Look at the top charities in the country. Salaries of the top executives range from $300k to $2 million.
