the real farse of the program is revealed in August, when rosters are set and their teams (which performed poorly in 17/18) take to the field in a depleted state. No HS players, top players having left the club in various ages, and a very challenged field rental situation.

But BS will go on, just as a tier 3 DA club.

Finances are their next downfall, as they can't keep bleeding and not raising money.

They still have UB for Academy teams

Not for free they don�t and space there is at more of a premium in the fall for obvious reasons.

It was never free and college teams usually train early mornings. Not sure what your point is.

When teams train varies and there are also games, other sports and other renters all vying for field time.

MK is too greedy to rent appropriate amount of field time and has 4-5 teams on on field in the fall and later fall post highschool expects 5-7 teams. Atleast the rosters are smaller this year :). Weekend games in the fall are tough to schedule also. USSF likes to have all the games in a block of time youngest to oldest if possible.

Nahhhh. People are just focused on World Cup. Hopefully we can get back to bashing BS when it is done

Beachside in flames

Anyone hear about 2 coaches leaving... MK losing his temper at some coaches that had a lot of boys leave the teams for other clubs?

This is all just part of the process that will unfold before our eyes in the next 1-2 years as Beachside slides down to a tier 3 program, unable to maintain their finances and retain players and coaches at the elite level.

They blame MLS teams, but the problem lies within.

Pretty easy for you to say, standing on the outside, looking in and having no real first hand knowledge of what goes on in that club management.

Why so many bs players registered for NYSC summer training program? Can't bs run one of these themselves and maybe stop losing so many players? Maybe MK spending summer in greece?

What two coaches left? I wonder if this is true or just someone stirring pot. BS does have a history of losing coaches, those that have enough balls to stand up to MK or those that are good enough to not buy into the one size fits all model at BS.
