I'm a parent of a younger age Beachside DA player. I'm hearing an enormous amount of chatter from parents of a lot of kids leaving. Do I stay? How did those kids get out, and why do they have preference?

How does this work?

How is it that we're left on a depleted team.

I'm seriously asking for some help, and maybe this is not the forum, but I'm a little desperate.

Beachside losses

No, NYCFC is the MLS team, NYSC is a private DA team.

NYSC is based in Purchase NY, brand new facility, just got DA badges for older boys, has the full DA badge for girls.

NYSC club is on the rise big time

We drove by their new facility last weekend, really nice new turf field. Apparently an indoor structure for the winter.

New York Soccer Club and New York City Football Club are two different clubs. They aren't affiliated with each other.

NYCFC DA trains in Queens. It's affiliated with the MLS team and is free

NYSC trains in Westchester is a non MLS dap club.

If your kid is happy & you’re happy then there’s no reason to move. Players will come & go. Playing and Developing in the DA against the top competion is what it’s all about.

Actually they are affiliated. The Academy coaches are ex NYSC coaches. NYSC is a SUPPORTING member of the NYCFC Affiliate relationship.

NYCFC and NYSC probably have the best relationship amongst DA clubs in the area.

Are players allowed to go from one DA club to another?

Why don't other players from other DA clubs come to our club? Why is it always Beachside losing DA players?

We seem to only add H.S. players.... just feels like something is a miss.

Why do you think? It’s really not hard to figure out, especially if your kid plays with the club.

My kid was happy playing travel. Didn't mean that's where they should have stayed.

Playing and developing at BS is not happening. Losing to to the top competition is what is happening at BS.
