    Agree? Disagree? Care?
CanbY....seriously? We will see next Thursday when they meet West Linn if that ranking is deserved.

Agreed, WL is the 2 time defending TRL champs and show no signs of slowing down. Canby is good, but WL and Clackamas will have the final say.

I also believe Canby is going to end up at the top of TRL. I place them in the state's top ten, but not as the number 1 team (as in the previous post). Once they mesh, they should have a very strong season. Look out WL and Clackamas!

Keep in mind that these rankings are all computer generated. Virtually meaningless at this time of the year. They don't even carry over anything from last year so be patient.

Canby got beat by Sherwood. Player for player west linn should win, but inexperience on the bench could determine the outcome

Rumor has it that a regional level ODP player who has been injured might be available for West Linn. Either way it should be a good game!

Saw WL play last week. Young team.

Good Luck. Wish them all the best in league.

hopefully she's a defender, cause you gotta stop the goals from happening.

That assumes that you HAVE to ball to shoot and are not spending all of YOUR time on defense!

I think Marta is already spoken for.

Now, since we've ruled that out, there isnt anyone in this state that is a one girl team that can do it all, all the time. So YES, if your team is being beaten by the likes of Sherwood, then you better step up the D-Fence a bunch.

Isn't this the school/team that a parent here was looking to overthrow the coach ?

                          Tualatin Varsity over Tigard 2-0.
                          Tualatin JV over Tigard 1-0.

Both games were nearly the same. Tigard packed the box looking to not be defeated.

Looks like there are some good match-ups tonight. Sunset/Jesuit should be a great match, wish I could see it. Predictions?

I'm going out on a limb and picking the upset; Sunset 2, Jesuit 1

Jesuit should not ever lose a game, fully agree. But it goes to show unless the team is working as a team, on that particular night, even a stacked group like Jesuit can't beat them all. Jesuit by far has the most talent overall and I am betting the only hs team with solid club players from player 1 to 18.

Sherwood has played and beaten Clackamas, Lakeridge (Clackamas and Lakeridge at some season start jamboree), Canby (won 4 to 1, Canby only able to score on a direct PK); their defense looks good on paper, defense was really good last year a Their offense looks as good as their defense this year. Any decent 5A or 6A team is gonn beat teams like Hood River with scores like 8 to 0 though. They played Summit (5A State Champ?) this evening, that score will be interesting.

Has anyone seen Southridge play? I heard they have "different and excellent offense" this season, word of mouth from some of their parents. Are they as good as they say, or just easy games being played?
