The Revolution Academy needs to make some changes.

Revs "Academy" is mandated for the MLS pro team to exist
- they expend the minimum they had to (least expenditure in all Academies)
- the least amount of age groups
- least financial investment in Director: hence the sub-par abusive ignoramus Scales for a decade
- least academy players to go pro - because they know the academy is not qualified to train at that level - USL 1 is an extension of U19 - They recruit from a qualified training pool - NOT the Revs ACademy

They don't even mention NE Rev scores, players, games or ANYTHINg on any local radio stations.

Why?

Kraft bought it as an investment, not because he cares about soccer. He treats the Revs like a run down rental property, putting in the minimal amount of upkeep, making a few $ off it then hoping to sell for a big profit later.

However, part of BDA's collapse was the financial burden put on MLS clubs to train all these kids when almost none of them will ever make it to the pros and make a few $ for them. It was a poorly designed system made worse by poor Revs ownership and management.

The Revs could cure half of their problems if they replaced their scouts. Poaching kids at 16 & 17 that are “decent” isn’t a viable model.
