Big accomplishment, University of Vermont. a Revs 11 player. Crappy school, even crappier soccer.

Handing over the entire Revs Academy to the Boston Bolts would make sense at this point. The Revs Academy has accomplished nothin since 2007.

So the Revs only have 4 players in the class of 2021 heading on to college soccer? That's really surprising.

Back in 2019 UVM was ranked #56 of 206 men's D1 teams. Then Covid happened. Who knows where they'll rank going forward, but labeling them as "crappier soccer" is a bit foolish.

No it's not, it's fairly typical for them. Also keep in mind a U19 team will have a mix of juniors and seniors, but most times this is a normal number. I'll give them props for the 4 being solid to good placements this year

prior to this recent post, this thread was dead. (We get it already, you are not a fan of the REVS ACADEMY. Move On)

Are you being dooshy to pick a fight and create a string of replies that keeps this thread at the top of the page? Nice work if so.

This thread gets revived all the time. It's literally been going on for years. They're still around, still doing a mediocre job for an MLS club. The 2021 placement thread just got updated so someone likely noticed there's only 4 for the Revs vs all the others. Not many but that has happened before with the Revs. This year all 4 are top 25 soccer programs (or were last time they had a regular season). Can't fault them for that, although of course it's the kids who do all the heavy lifting and have the grades for UVA, BC and Georgetown

One of those Revs players committed while at another club, long before the Revs handed him a uniform.

That drops Revs commits to at least 3 if not less.

THey've done that a number of times. Unfortunately they get to claim him as theirs on the lists and chances are his school will post it also.
