Stop the bickering. Anyone who knows that kid or has ever watched him play, he doesn't need any amount of self promotion.

Ha. Wasn't that right before FutsalNH spanked them at 2002 and 2003.

          Total hypocrisy

          Scales communication:

In conjunction with our club’s policy, US Soccer also expressly prohibits any outside
competition during the Development Academy season (August to June). Please understand
that these policies are there to protect our academy players and allow them to physically
and mentally recover during a demanding 10-month season (that may include a number of
          youth national team camps).

Where have you been? This has been beaten to death already, this year, last year, the year before that....

How does this policy fly in the face of large rosters and a number of players who sit the bench, not to mention that the majority of Academy players do not get asked to YNT camps. Seems the rule is complete BS, and really should only apply to the few Academy players who get the most play time and attention. This rule hurts the development of the bottom half of Academy rosters.

If the Revs don't enforce their rules then don't have them. That says a lot about the type of organization they run.

Really the rules come from USSF. The Revs violate multiple DA policies and this is just one of them. If USSF isn't busting the Revs on things like 4 practices/week, then of course the Revs will continue to see how far they can push the limits of the rules. Then it seeps down to the parents/players who see inconsistent rule enforcement by an organization that doesn't seem to give a sh** about its players - or even want to be in DA at all. If you give little you should expect little in return.

How much are you giving? $0.00? Don't worry, won't be a problem next fall for you.

Nope - mine graduated already. It was a ride, appreciative of the experience, but let's not pretend it's well run organization. I read these threads now and then and see nothing has changed

Really, I don't care if you do or not. Keep drinking the Revs KoolAid though

There are lots of current and former Revs families who feel the same as the poster. It usually takes 2 or 3 years for the luster to wear off.
