They also list goals by players that didn’t get them.
Who deserves their goal to be correctly reported. Just give us his name. I'll contact the US Soccer people myself.

All the "National Team player" talk is pretty entertaining to me in one regard, and troublesome in another.
First of all, none of the younger players that have been called into camps have been rostered on any type of National Team for any form of meaningful competition. They've been called into trainings, that's it. That being said, it's pretty damn cool that they've been recognized and it's such a great experience for the players. I'd have a hard time not bragging about my child if he ever got the call. It's an accomplishment for sure.
The second, and more important point, is how the Revs can continue to develop these players.
For the field players, do they get enough time playing up? Are they playing all the available minutes possible? How are they challenging them? Currently the field players in question appear to play a majority of the minute of every game. Some may say that's unfair to others, but this is exactly why the DA exists. If you've been identified you should be played to the maximum allowable level.
The keepers are a totally different issue all together. The top keeper should get 75% of the starts if they've been identified and the 2nd keeper should play 25%. With 2 keepers identified how can you possibly hope to give them both the time they need and deserve? Splitting it evenly does the top keeper a great injustice. He requires more game appearances to further hone his skills. Will the 2nd keeper ever progress if he doesn't get 50%+ of the playing time? Can either be played up? You can't neglect the keeper position, you have to develop the best of the best. I think both of these keepers may be in a situation that could stunt their further development.
Just one person's opinion.
