Revs don't develop players further. The 5 2003's called to the camps will only get worse. The two or three 2002's, doomed. The oh wait there aren't any 2001's. See a pattern?

Not so much get worse but just flatline while other clubs do a better job developing talent. That or the Revs just kick out the older talent like the latest call up player :)
