He wishes to have the same experience with his club soccer team.
And I make no bones about it - I loved every minute of it! I'm glad his team was foucsed on trying to accomplish something.

13 and yes, he still plays baseball...and soccer ... and basketball ... and seems to love them all.

That's not what he's saying. He simply is stating the obvious that in a tournament format like Regionals, a team needs to make sure that their goal differential is as good as it can be. It can mean the difference between moving on or going home.

Hmm, looks like Albertson won't be there for the final since they lost their first two games, tomorrow's game won't matter for them one way or the other. I think the winner of the Group of Death (McLean or PDA) will be winner of the final.
