huh? giving tours? has blumey or murph ever given tours of the capitol building? maybe rosa or cort? again if they were involved then they should be prosecuted but not having a diverse set of opinions in the investigation makes it not credible for unbiased results...again if dissenting voices asked questions and were proven wrong through testimony than you could have a party lol...however, when all questions are not asked and all witnesses are not called then the investigation lacks credibility and you fail to come up with viable solutions to prevent this from happening in the future

To date, nothing has been proven on the tours but hopefully it is a part of this investigation. Easy enough to call up witnesses who said they saw the supposed tours and check registration books.
