What does player led organization mean exactly? That they listen to their players? What happens when the majority OW players say they really want to play high school? Will OW listen?

I am not going to do your homework for you.

Take a look at the league leadership. Look at the how the organization is structured and where the decision making is being made. Look at who is involved in that league wide decision making.

My comments are about the GAAP and how it plans to run itself. I'm not overly concerned with the inner-politics of the Oakwood Soccer Club. How they run themselves is up to them. If they don't provide the service the players want, the players will go somewhere else.

CFC will have lowest percent of its rising senior class recruited this year. They are bottom feeders in ECNL for that age group. FSA done far superior for same age group showcase wise and recruitment wise. Sorry CFC girls pick another sport.

.....like several OW girls have already done! OW swimming in the pool of mediocrity! OW reminds me of an 8-8 NFL team that is always is stuck in the middle. They are fine but that's it. Never elite! 8-8 meh.

I think it was meant to say in a polite way that OW needs to get better All
around talent. At least thats how i interpreted the post. Again to me a .500 team in whatever age group suggests lack of talent or the club is in too tough a division and needs to be placed down accordingly.

Actually CFC. your goalkeepers are horrible and your Coaching deplorable parents over the top which is why your kids are going no where fast. They will be lucky to get a look by Ct college or SCSU. Even your club owners do not want those kids on their college rosters.

I dont have a girl in the fight in CT BUT it is always fun for us Massachusetts teams, whether its NEFC or SSS, to go down to OW and win every single time. Its actually super funny to watch the OW parents generally think that the outcome will be different than the previous many losses. Always so cocky!! before the game and always soooooo upset at the end as both Mass teams destroy OW. OW is the only CT team that Massachusetts parents cant stand. We respect CT soccer in general.

OW's obnoxious daddy coaches are the worst, but, yeah the club as a whole has been on the wrong track for over a dozen years. Time for those guys to hang up their cleats.

^^^This could be one of the dumbest posts I’ve read on here. So you’re saying that a .500 team lacks talent and should be essentially relegated. In the case of being 8-8, you’re saying that all the teams they beat should also be relegated. Only winning records allowed in every league?? How does that work exactly?? So incredibly stupid.

What you're suggesting means eventually you will only have 1 team left with no one to compete with?
