Beachside is definitely on a downward spiral. There�s no doubt the club is running by self centered m, arrogant *****s. The best coaches have left, the best players have left.

But don�t come on here calling out 12 year olds and belittling them. Have some class.

What's annoying and snarky is your condescending tone about some kid who is merely telling us what he believes are the attributes one needs for success at his club. What is snarky is your implied bias against people from Westport and Old Greenwich, and likely Fairfield County in general. What is snarky is your willingness to dig in and try to make an issue out of nothing simply because you have a jones against Beachside Soccer.

I'm no fan of that club, but this is pretty slimy on your part.

Get off your high horse. Is this your first time on Talking soccer? It must be, so welcome aboard. I just watched it, and I�ll simply say that BS has a stereotype and stereotypes exist for a reason. It wasn�t the kid in the video�s opinion, it was obviously scripted by MK. The kid is not named, no one knows who he is. I�m sure the anonymous lad is a fine young boy. No harm no foul. Relax.

The stereotype here is being painted by you, not by the Beachside folk. You don't know if it's scripted or not. It's a fair guess, but then, it's also a fair guess that the kid is intelligent and articulate and can offer up his own perspective. I guess it's down to what you CHOOSE to believe.
