Bend, NEU & FCP have all sent out birth year notifications already. Any other clubs communicating?
The birth year train has left the station.

It's ok though, your unlicensed coach tells you that licensing isn't important. Keep drinking the cool-aid

They might not be a super top team anymore but they will get to stay together and will still develop as players. I don't know what will happen to the players from the current younger age A team or current older team who are mandated to play with the two groups on our team but i guess they will figure something out. Birth year is creating a big mess.
Why do you all care so much about keeping teams together?

How would the top players from this stay together group feel if they aren't playing premier?

The change will reduce the numbers of kids joining soccer at younger ages but that is ok.
The loses of numbers in the 10-20% range over two years will be just fine. Raise fees to offset the lost gross revenue.
Look, we are all part of something bigger. Nobody cares that your daughter wants to play with her friends. Go join Girl Scouts or have a tea party. This is soccer. We are here to generate revenue for US soccer and should be pleased to adhere to their mandates that help the US men's team. Anything else is being disloyal and don't let the door hit you.
