Which club? We got one from CFC. Said still waiting on some details from OYSA like 8th-9th grade issue about what league will offer 2002s in fall of 2016.

If you don't know which state, don't know how to use google and have a kid that plays on a top team then I can't help you.

Our club is going birth year but our top team isn't. They are just going to stay together and play in the older age group. They might not be a super top team anymore but they will get to stay together and will still develop as players. I don't know what will happen to the players from the current younger age A team or current older team who are mandated to play with the two groups on our team but i guess they will figure something out. Birth year is creating a big mess.

Would OYSA allow two teams from same club both play Premier? If not, I question whether this desire to keep teams together is feasible or desireable. Wouldn't this club be accepting watered down teams for the sake of keeping this one team together. Which team gets to play premier: the stay together team which is younger or the older team? How would the top players from this stay together group feel if they aren't playing premier?

Don't need to compare credentials. Just have to look at the product on the field. Not much to brag about at BSC. Any good players they have leave for FCP/THUSC/Xfire by U13 anyway.

It is seamless. We know kids will quit when they can't play with their friends, but that is fine. Good riddance. Anyone that wants to play with their friends, regardless of their talent level, are a burden to the sport.

The change will reduce the numbers of kids joining soccer at younger ages but that is ok.

The loses of numbers in the 10-20% range over two years will be just fine. Raise fees to offset the lost gross revenue.

Look, we are all part of something bigger. Nobody cares that your daughter wants to play with her friends. Go join Girl Scouts or have a tea party. This is soccer. We are here to generate revenue for US soccer and should be pleased to adhere to their mandates that help the US men's team. Anything else is being disloyal and don't let the door hit you.
