Well...JB has coached his own sons' teams and could so so again. Cony has coached his own son's team, and so have many others. Ditto for coaches at other clubs. It is what it is. Not true that JB is taking the team this year because of parents threatening to leave. For every player leaving tryouts another two or three appear. How many at tryouts last night? Always new talent at clubs' age groups that win titles. In fact, expect changes to your team's line up.

How many coaches has this team had since some of them were U9s, U10s? WST traditionally changes up coaches after one or two years, and really around U13, U14 year. It happens due to reasons beyond parents not happy with a coach's style.
From what I could tell the team was successful so the coach did his job. The fact that he played his son is what got your goat. What if JB or another coach has a son on the team in the future and they get a lot of playing time?
