New coach new players didnt have a bad season last year maybe could do better this year?

What team are you even talking about? There is NO Washington Timbers team that can in 3rd in NWCL. You might be thinking BU00, but even there, they did bad. Both U99 and U00 had perfect records----> 0 Wins, 7 losses.
