Pre-state cup spring play usually brings some interesting results and this year is no exception. I wouldn't put too much stock into any of these results. It is fun to watch though.Comment

I didn't say the coaches don't take spring league seriously. I just said, don't put too much into the results of spring league. Is there a trophy for Spring League soccer? No. Does spring league soccer effect subsequent fall Premier league promotion or relegation? No. Spring league is a tune up for the State Cup. Speaking from my own experience, our coach seems to do a lot experimenting and we seem to miss players from game to game. So results vary. No, they didnt go back to HR. Any B team can beat an A team anyday. When you play against your own club's B team, sometimes they just want it more and try harder. Why not give your B team some credit? It looks like they came out hard and probably deserved the win. Those two teams have had close games before. Samba has been out performing Copa since try outs. A lot of clubs have had 2 of their teams play at the same level. There have also been second teams that beat their first team, and even second teams that went on win state up. Many others first and second have have placed as semifinalists and finalists. Life happens.Comment
