Good point. Their website does list the following as coaches of the U10 Girls:

Joe Frimpong - Head Coach
Tina Ellertson - Assistant Coach
Carrie Armstrong - Staff Coach
Jason Smith - Staff Coach

Will see. But honestly , tired of hearing how the Oregon team dominate or Washington. I love it when the Crossfire teams come and kick your %^*(!.

Who said anything about Crossfire? I am talking about local Portland Metro/Vantucky soccer. The best Vantucky players will end up in Oregon, whether they play on Oregon team (FC PDXor OSSA) or they play on a Vantucky team in the OPL.

Vancouver has produced one quality player on the girls side. I've heard she is not playing with the VT G94's this year.

Joe was there, chose not to be in the pic. David is a great coach and because Joe has many obligations and not always able to be at every practice ,David has been the day to day coach. Admittedly disappointed that Tina hasnt been as available as we would like,but she is coaching two other teams and has a family:)

Joe doesn't require being in a phote for his self esteem like some other coaches. Highly doubt that the VT website would have listed the bracket had they won. Oh ya, they didn't have any teams in gold to do that and they didn't win silver either.

The Pacific FC alliance is a committee that has been formed by the recreational boards of Eisenhower, Battle Ground, Lewis River, and Prairie soccer clubs for the purposes of managing their advanced level competition teams. This includes managing coach selection, tryout schedules, marketing and uniforms.

How is the Pacific FC alliance funded?

The Pacific FC alliance is not a stand alone club. Each recreational club has a budget for advanced competition and is used to support Pacific FC efforts, if necessary. Each board must approve Pacific FC expenditures.

Before you start believing your own hype, try to remember that you barely beat 1/3 of the VTimbers U10 pool AND there were 9 teams in the Gold division that you didn't beat. 10th place overall is about right for a top FCSC team...

So what you saying is the VT did not field their best players between the teams they entered in this tournament but just enter some teams for the hell of it . How do the parents feel about paying tournament fees to only have half good players each team and no chance of winning?
