Let me try and interpret what I think the poster was saying for you that cant read between the lines.

Tualatin plays in a weak. They constantly run up large scores due to the lack of ability on the other teams part to defend against them.

When their team is a head by large margins, their players may tend to "slack off" a bit on their intensity and instead of charging hard and being aggressive, they might instead take unnecessary risks with their body movement while playing the ball, which might have lead to the injuries to their players.

First off very ballsy of Sunset coach to play 3-3-4. Well coached grouped and they came out firing from the start and didn't let up the whole game. Elly Williamson received a through ball from from one side, got in behind the defense and slid one past the keeper. Of note, it looked like Sunset defense had a hand ball not called in the box prior to the goal being scored. 2nd half ball played in to the Jesuit sweeper who was under pressure from one of the four strikers, lost the ball, and Sunset striker was 1 v 1 with goalie. ball was struck hard, no chance for the gk. 2-0. last 10 min jesuit had a few chances, but no real threat on goal. kudos to Sunset defense and goalie, shut everything down in the back. total team effort tonight, which you need to beat a good team like Jesuit.

Great recap. I would like to add/make 4 points;
- From where I was sitting it looked like the defense did indeed have a handball but I think it was "incidental" so they let play continue. Not sure the ruling and that was from my angle.
- I thought the officiating was a little lacking. I am all for letting teams play but when players (from both teams) are going down hard with no call then, they call grabbing a jersey when progress wasn't even impeded at midfield? hmmm.
- I didn't feel the decision to use a 3-3-4 was ballsy. Defense has been playing pretty well and they have the firepower up front to pull it off in my opinion. (Worked last night! lol)
- Probably not a good idea to use players names on an open/public forum. Yes, she is a great player (scored 4 out of 5 of SHS's last goals) but still, use a jersey# or initials.

Congrats to Ely. I am certain they put her name all over the local paper like they do all these kids and in this context I think it is appropriate to congratulate her. If someone were pointing out errors then not appropriate. Sandy HS misses her
