If you have a complaint with how your club is operating, go to the club.
1. Why you cannot have 3 days /week practice?
-Specially if DA gets 350+ hrs of training, why premier teams or any player who wants to practice cannot get that opportunity? why they get only 72 sessions per year and why few select teams of GB/CM get more training?
2. Why there is no conditioning like SSP or similar?
Example: If your Purple team plays FCA and they get 3 days practice + 1 day optional conditionig opportunity
Or Rush who practice 3 times per week and 1 day optional group play, How come OCYS charge more fees and gives less practice? Why GB can get priviledged treatment and pay same fee and get more training?

If you need volunteers, I will step up graciously and will do whatever it takes if it helps. But cheating and depriving of opportunity will not be tolerated and will be condemned. This is my club and I will ensure it will function to meet the needs of majority of my community kids. They do not have to go anywhere!!! I will be asking this PR soon when he comes to my office to meet BD.

We even had a player on our team that practiced with the DA all season. Not a stiff at the DA. Again....if you are on purple....you are treated like ****.

From what I am reading players from other clubs have a better chance at DA (they are better developed elsewhere).

How many players from other club's second teams have come to OCYS and made DA?

You should select a team that has a coach who really is dedicated otherwise you will end up with basic service to be provided. Other teams practice 3 times a week and even during summer because the coach enjoys it and parents support it. It's not just about a paycheck.
The fact is most kids will not play past the age of 18, so find a place that you and your kid enjoy. If they have what it takes, DA will find them.
