I wouldn't even draw attention to those girls brackets if I was OCYS! There is no one playing!

Because most teams are playing Disney Memorial Day...even top OCYS boys teams!!!!!!! Wow!!! So again we are keeping girls from developing by not allowing them to play against other talented teams.

I see one FKK team listed at U11. They don't have any other teams below U14? If they do, why aren't they giving them a chance to compete against other top teams?

Teams and clubs have different reasons for signing up for different tournaments. Posting a link to the OCYS tournament and implying that they don't have any girls programs below U14 was stupid.

OC shows DS as coaching 2 ecnl teams and SCU shows the same DS coaching 2 U17 teams. He also coaches at FIT.

Why would any local girl team want to play in this tournament when OCYS only has enough girl teams to fill 1 bracket at the moment? Why aren't the top girls teams at OCYS even participating? So where is the competition to attract other teams genius? Heck, even on the boys side you can't even get any of your top purple teams to sign up as nobody wants to play in this recreational tournament. Thanks for posting a link that shows how pathetic OCYS is in attracting teams to an OCYS tournament. Seems to be a pattern here. I know, what till next year will be your response.

What? Is this the same FKK that had 33 rec teams show up for their last tournament? Including 2 OCYS rec teams. You call that success? Anyone that knows tournament ops knows FKK lost money on that tournament. Fix your own house, then you can criticize ours.

Really depends on where the ECNL teams will train. Rumors are that the girls will be at Econ, which is much closer to FIT than Seminole.

Better watch out OC directorship - seems like some of your better ECNL players have been seen trying out at WFF this week! Pretty patheric that Orlando girls have to travel 2 hours to play on a decent ECNL team when ECNL is right in their own backyard!
