You've got DA. You should do better in recruiting, right? And OCYS did do better. Nobody has ever said or predicted differently.

You've got ECNL. You should do better in recruiting right? But you didn't. You've got college coaches (600 per showcase, right?) from all over the nation (acc, sec, big 10, big 12, right?) watching closely and evaluating your players. That's how it works, correct?

So what happened? 12 signings would be a respectable showing for a small startup club with few resources. But you're an ECNL club.

Yes. He allegedly violated roster rules at Disney. An OCYS coach ratted him out. That Coach's car got vandalized.

That OC coach was BH. I'd love to see both those guys coaching at the same club. Lol.

Look it seems you have some past issues. I personally do not know him that well but I can assure you that there are far more coaches out there that make decisions that someone will always either like or do nothing but complain about forever. Stop whimpering and move on for gods sake. What are you doing for youth soccer? Running a crying campaign?

They beat Birmingham soundly and just have less games keeping them out of 3rd place. They play Charlotte two more times and have 11 more league games in the season. It is within reach. Don't count these girls out. Most of them just met each other in September and they are starting to build chemistry. Not saying it is a lock but worth shooting for in the division.

Not counting them out just being realistic. First, you need to play CSA twice more and Concorde once. You will NOT beat CSA. If you play your best game ever you might have a chance to beat or tie concorde(if they dont have their best game). There is NO question you will NOT make up 5 games(counts ties) on either CSA or Concorde because of the unbalanced schedule. Concorde only plays CSA once more. The teams that will finish top two are CSA and Concorde. Teams battling for 3-5 are BUSA, OCYS and WFF. They are all within 1.5 games of each other. OCYS plays BUSA 1 more time and WFF 3 times. As stated in the previous post you will finish between 3rd and 5th place. There is NO way you will finish second.

OC ECNL signed 12. FKK girls signed 21. That's just facts.

FKK is not done! Feb 5th was just the start. FKK working with the second wave of seniors. I'd expect the final college signing list around April. The hard working caring at FKK is stepping up for their kids.

You can have ECNL and DA. FKK will move forward and make things happen. It's amazing to watch!

Fields - So OC funds the fields but does not get to use them? Sounds like wealth redistribution to me. I assume you want to have the priority on where those fields go even though you are not putting any money towards their development. Why not just have OC cut a check directly to your club? You are the epitome of an entitled pompous jerk.

If you kid is good enough for DA, you don't pay a dime to OC. So no, they don't want your money.

The City is the entity buying the land not the club. The club would rather have a stadium closer to the suburbs where the ticket buying public lives, not in a blighted crime ridden industrial neighborhood. Your ire needs to be directed toward the City of Orlando who wants the sports venues located together. BTW - they offered the church twice the value. Same as they offered the Methodist Church they bought for the Performing Arts Center. Are you going to criticize the ballet and opera too?

Orlando City is a for profit entity that is using its non profit youth club status to benefit its professional team. As a tax payer in Orange County it is obvious that politics and leverage are taking over youth soccer in the area. When corporations take over a youth recreational experience the kids do not benefit.

Yeah, an idiot from my club (FKK) made a classless post by dissing St. Leo. I happen to know the young lady he referred to - a fine player who committed as an FSA player before OCYS even hit town.

And you escalated by calling out five excellent schools that eight FKK players have signed with. Just because YOU haven't heard of them you immediately assumed they weren't worthwhile. How dare you (or the other guy, for that matter) do such a thing? I know- it's okay Because you were "only retaliating". What you really are is just a bigger jerk than the first guy. Anybody who goes that low- from ANY club- is nothing but pond scum.

Nice try spinmeister. I never did "call out" 5 schools FKK signed. And I have heard of them. I can promise you that I know more about those schools and their athletic programs than you ever will. Be careful who you call out there hoss. You may get called out yourself as a sh** stirring FKK parent. At no point did I criticize those schools. I simply pointed out they are small schools and I even pointed to actual attendance. That part is irrefutable. They ARE small schools same as St. Leo. I was actually defending small schools by showing the OP was a jerk for calling out St. Leo when his own players were also going to small schools. Remember my quote about Pot calling black? What do you think that means? Well, since you seem to have a hard time comprehending my posts, I will tell you. It means don't criticize ANY player going to ANY school on scholarship. They are ALL earned and we don't know why the player decided on that school. You can't assume it was because they did not have opportunities to go to larger more well known schools. Every player has to evaluate their fit with the program. Some of those include:
- current roster of colleges considered and opportunities for playing time
- School curriculum and degrees offered
- Student GPA, SAT and ACT scores
- Family ability to cover non-scholarship expenses

So you owe me an apology or I think we can all agree that you are just trying to kick up dirt against OC.

Hard to replace a church for double the value in a low rent district. OC should play in the Citrus bowl. Has the City shown MLS the newly renovated plans for the Citrus bowl. As good of a salesman that Grand master of Purple is he could of pitched the Citrus Bowl. Grand master purple wants his new home his new keys and full control of naming rights along with concessions and every other imaginable advantage. I bet GMP will control non soccer events at his publicly funded stadium.

Our politicians are NOT the brightest when it comes to negotiations.

Our City has a history of giving dollars away and making bad deals for their citizens.

If the stadium is full on opening day and I'm 1000% sure it will be. This is not a good deal for our City unless it's tourist filling those seats NOT local citizens who go home to sleep at night.
