The girls are doing so well but haven't got much recognition for their accomplishments this year. They are doing fantastic!

Some of those things are basically credited to the club... say a state cup title, you don't lose that. It will show up on the next group. The club gets the credit and seeding for it. I did not specifically look at this team but that is probably what is happening. I[ve seen it before. Pretty sure if your team had a banner year last year you take it with you (obviously), and /or if the age is old enough, the credit may roll to the team that comes up the following year.

It is hard for some people to understand that kids move on but status stays with a club. Your goal is to continue to have good kids and not just a one hit wonder like some clubs.

So is this a friendly claim that the U18's from OCYS ECNL will win state cup. Although GotSoccer Rankings are not gospel it's notable that this year's U18's are using last year's U18 "Got Soccer" state cup points from the finals. Hence, last year's U17s didn't earn the points that they are getting credit for. But it'll be exciting to see them compete this year.

you tell me actually how many clubs have and meet these standards only the hard core soccer junkies would do this most girls over 14 complain with two or three practices a week. You can quote all you want standards but most clubs dont adhere to these standards. Lucky to get enought girls to fill state cup

People complain if it too much or hey there's too little training. Most kids want to train all the time and if they dont, they may need to change clubs.
