BS. ECNL wants kids playing age appropriate. The U13s will have their own U14 team and they should be fantastic. Only way DT leaves is if it is visa related. His current U14 team is doing well and should finish 2nd or 3rd in SE Division. Why would you bounce the coach of one of the only winning teams? SB has too many negatives. Besides the Disney cheating, he had mass exodus of players, parent sideline issues and is not British. Plenty of FPL coaches AH could choose if he needs. The current U14 FCA team would try out for OC regardless of SB coming with them. These parents and girls see the opportunity of ECNL and realize most of them would start and get significant minutes. You don't need a coach to realize that. SB will be at another club or working time share next year.

OCYS will finish between 3rd-5th in SE division which would be great for that team. You are smoking something if you think they have a chance at 2nd place.

So glad my son decided to play HS soccer and NOT Dev Academy. My son and teammates are heading to the HS state final 4 and will be playing College soccer next fall. The best of both worlds. A full High School experience that I know he will look back on with fond memories or chasing DA games in George and North Carolina every weekend.

Good luck to those DA players. Chasing a dream rather then living life.

You sound a little bitter. Why are you judging other kids decisions? I'm sure they are not judging yours. Do what is best for your kid and let everyone else do the same.

YOU need to read through the thread moron. It was a FKK parent who started attacking an OC player who signed with St. Leo. I responded by pointing out all the great USWNT and College Players from small schools. He countered with more drivel. I responded by pointing out all the small schools FKK players signed with AND THEN reaffirmed my support of players who choose small schools. You really need to follow the thread before you just blast away at someone. I have been the one defending small college players! Unbelievable!!!

What idiots..... Why do you guys engage? Do you guys really care about the other club? I assume you like the club you are with. If so, just be happy where your at and mind your own business. I drive a ford.... You like Chevy, then buy a Chevy... I think my ford is better than your Chevy, but who really cares because you think your Chevy is better. I can only speak of the u15 boys of which my son was on the team. You are not even close. Seven players were 99's and were picked for the OC u14 DA team. When you lose 7 starters and then you are told that FCA does not have any fields to play on, the choice was easy to make. It had nothing to do with SB, he was not even the coach of that team last year. AH was given a very good team and they had a very good year, losing in the State Cup semis.

C'mon you are not being honest about that team and you know it. First and foremost when SB was at FCA w/ the Sharks he picked his kid and even a girl to play on that team despite there being way better players at the tryouts. Now before you SB koolaid drinkers chime in w/ crap. No my kid was not one of those that he dissed. However, it was clear that he made some (I'll give you this one SB Koolaid drinkers & put it gently) "questionable" choice when selecting these players over others that were clearly better. The fact that his kid can't even make an A team here in town and has to go to TBU is proof. Now don't get me wrong he is a great kid but you gotta be honest when you make these choices.

Also, There is so much more illegal and questionable stuff he did when at FCA that we would need another post to list them.

Point being. If you want to let that kind of person in your club OCYS good for you. Just remember this...

Yeah, an idiot from my club (FKK) made a classless post by dissing St. Leo. I happen to know the young lady he referred to - a fine player who committed as an FSA player before OCYS even hit town.

And you escalated by calling out five excellent schools that eight FKK players have signed with. Just because YOU haven't heard of them you immediately assumed they weren't worthwhile. How dare you (or the other guy, for that matter) do such a thing? I know- it's okay Because you were "only retaliating". What you really are is just a bigger jerk than the first guy. Anybody who goes that low- from ANY club- is nothing but pond scum.

They beat Birmingham soundly and just have less games keeping them out of 3rd place. They play Charlotte two more times and have 11 more league games in the season. It is within reach. Don't count these girls out. Most of them just met each other in September and they are starting to build chemistry. Not saying it is a lock but worth shooting for in the division.

I watched the FC America GU13 team play weston last week and the game ended in a tie. There were no subs sitting on the bench for FC. Weston looked to be just as good or better than FC Americas GU13 team. Game could have went either way. FC you are second in points on Gotsoccer only due to the points you acquired during super y and placing 2nd, which is not bad at all. I don't think you will place well in state cup but hey good luck to your team.

Look it seems you have some past issues. I personally do not know him that well but I can assure you that there are far more coaches out there that make decisions that someone will always either like or do nothing but complain about forever. Stop whimpering and move on for gods sake. What are you doing for youth soccer? Running a crying campaign?
