So much spin, so little time. Why must you continue to disparage pre-teen and early teen girls? Perhaps you are one? Or at least think like one?

If you are not OCYS, then you need not worry about OCYS. They will be fine. They will continue to attract the top talent and build their program. If you have any doubt, then show up to the fields of SSC and show them you have more talent. You will be rewarded with free DA and ID2 training. As a female, you will be playing in front of 400 college coaches at ECNL showcases throughout the year. Compare that with what you have now which is a number at ODP and perhaps a few Disney Showcases under your belt. More than likely, you are not exactly a household name among college coaches or Top Drawer. Not to worry young lady. Just try out for ECNL next year and you will have an overflowing email account.

Of course you can stay with your current team if you feel you have the right stuff to win it all....which is exactly what it will take to get noticed by the 25 coaches at State Cup.

The choice is yours grasshopper.

Listen kwai chang---Good luck next year when your DOC is approached by those 400 coaches and he says "What is NLI day"----Have fun with that!

BTW - All your commits were discovered while playing ECNL for OC. So don't play the HM card. Look at the far right column and see all the ECNL and ID2 creds. They did not get those playing friendlies against Creeks and the Japanese teams.

So I think she was probably already noticed. The other two were already going to ODP interregional competitions so I think they were already on the radar also. Those girls weren't going to need ECNL to get noticed, they were already on their way. The way you are talking, because of ECNL all of the girls now playing at OC should be committed to big time schools since they are playing ECNL at OC. With the addition of E-College Counselor this year at OC you guys should be all set. You should already have a good list started for the 2015s and I can't wait to see where all of your 2014s are going. Good luck to all of them.

OCYS a place to be developed...what a joke. Check out u11 girls record. Wow!!!!! And where were the u10s??? They have development all wrong. Seems to me they would rather use ECNL as a way to recruit talent rather than actually develop any talent.

This is a correct observation. Laziness runs deep in the veins. Recruiting is the number 1 form of development at OC. Recruit and put a Purple Jersey on. Stamp of approval..

I think it's sad to see Phil's Pet Politicians attacking a church with "emminent domain" as well, but i'm not surprised.

It will be interesting to see how this plays out- a jury will decide the market value of the property. In these cases, the government almost always prevails, but the property owner usually gets more than the government valuation of the property.

So i guess this mean the stadium is already behind schedule and over budget.

Stadium update

Threatening a house of worship with eminent domain is just politics in the City Beautiful, and seriously shameful.

$11,000 per seat and climbing for a soccer stadium. If Ocity had their finances in order they would have started construction already. They are over $10 million short and will be asking taxpayers for a larger contribution very soon.
