Was thinking about having my daughter tryout. Please share specific examples of why the are "a cancer." Your generalizations are not deterring me, but if you can give specifics, that would help.

Why would any rising U14 want to play for OC or ECNL? You would have to deal with the current U13 girls and parents. They are cancer and a friggin joke. OVERRATED.

Welcome to youth sports, will always be crazy and difficult parents and kids on every team, and at every club. Just stay out of all the gossip and tell your kid to do the same.

Purely a guess but I think it was salary related. He was one of the holdouts for the merge and got guarantees on salary from OC in exchange for his vote. With what they are paying for DA and travel for ECNL they were probably tightening the budget in other areas.

Last year brought in FCA coach to raid their best players. This year bringing in SCU coaches and moving training site closer to Brevard.

You could make a case last year that it was "Bailed not built" since OC had to pay all of HM's bad debts to get CFK into the fold. This year the club is not buying anything. They have hired some FCA and SCU coaches. The same guys who have racked up State Cups and beat the hell out of CFK girls teams in year's past. So I guess you could say OC pays the coaches but did they buy the players? If the girls are getting paid, I want my check.

And for the last time "community club boy" every sports team in the world builds their bench by recruiting talent. If you have no knowledge of how sports works, then STFU. You keep embarrassing yourself by trying to run down a club for attracting talent. That is how you build championships dumbass. Go back to coaching rec and making tunnels. Don't forget to bring snack next Saturday. You are next up on the list.

ECNL try-outs will be very competitive and if any girls think they can just move into the ECNL patch, they better rethink their try-out plan. This is going to be very interesting. Then why are all the new coaches from other clubs? They targeted coaches on the girls side for a reason, so that they could influence their teams (Girls) into following them over. They did the same thing last year with AH. The tryouts have to be more competitive than last since this year there isn't a doubt about whether they have ECNL or not.

FCA coaches have been recruited for one reason. " They Bring Players with them who pay money " OC was running out of kids to coach. Best way to build your club is to recruit coaches. Even if these coaches are below standard. OC will fire these same coaches next season.

The Following FCA recruited coaches will be asked to leave soon or take 4th level teams next the following year. This is the beginning of the END for them.

Hey, here is an idea. Go back to your glass house and clean it up and then come back and point out what YOU think is wrong with ours. And by the way nobody really cares what your opinion is. The parents in this age group will make their own decisions about how well their kids are being developed and I believe OC will be just fine. Thanks for your concern, now move along.
