Why all those boys started at U6 in our program and now they are the best of the best....right? Typical clueless parent banter. I bet you love having the security of knowing your spot is safe and sound every June after tryouts. Just cut old HM his check and you have 12 more months of guaranteed play.

Once you get to DA and ECNL, nothing is safe. You try-out every year and if your kid does not make the cut, then they have the choice of going to another club or playing Purple. Every year OCYS scouts the area for talent. Every week the coaches look for Discovery players. It is exactly how it is done in minor league development programs in other sports. Have you never heard of players moving from team to team or league to league? Get a clue pal. This ain't community ball we play over here.

Nobody admitted anything close to that. You just think a certain coach and their system is the end all be all. Nothing could be further from the truth. We have a development program just like FKK. We just don't credit it as the sole reason we kick your ass in NLI signings each and every year. We give credit to the kids. The system plays a role but most of them would have signed regardless of the patch. You march in lock step to the FKKool-aid. We celebrate the kids and their efforts to get them their NLI. Huge difference. We are miles apart.

Fkk is becoming a joke why do they spam so much? I give them 2 years. Ocys is simpkybhaving to much success recruiting. Fkk machine cannot stop it so they try and spam hate.

OCYS - We left after this season, boys junior director is clueless. No development period.

FKK - Would not even consider going there. They also need to muzzle their teens that go on this board, does the club no service whatsoever.

We post results every week on the OCYS website. We don't spam the threads of TS trying to gin up publicity. Clearly your "community club" can't afford to tap any marketing channels so you have become the FKK Spammer. What a hack!

Well lat year, all the strategic geniuses at OCYS only predicted FKK would be around for one year. So I guess now that you predict 2 years it means you're beginning to see the light.

Both FKK and OCYS were built on players recruited from other clubs so given that OCYS has DA and ECNL and as a result should automatically draw the best player why aren't they seeing more success. Yes they place 41 kids in college which is great, but FKK without DA and ECNL placed 36 shouldn't that gap be much larger given the ties to MLS, DA and ECNL? Seems to me a lot to time is spent blaming others.

Face facts TS is a slum board and only fools would take anything read here seriously. We were with CFK originally and didn't want to move to OCYS so we went to FCA. After this past season we went to both tryouts and ended up at FKK, that was our choice to make and we made it based on what worked best for our family.

Agree with above, with one minor correction- the original members last year at FKK didn't have to be recruited to leave OCYS. We were desperate to escape that club. If FKK had not been started, we would have been at FCA, Maitland, anywhere else.

Leave FKK and OCYS alone
It is now official that you have no clue. To say there is no development on the junior boys is crazy. They have the best youth teams in the area. The same staff have been developing these teams for the last 4 years and more people are coming to be coached by them.

Leave FKK out of it. They are also a great club and serve a great market with people that care about soccer. They just have a couple of crazy parents that cannot stay off Talking soccer. But they are a good club.

You are just bitter because you are nuts and FKK or OCYS are not putting up with your behavior or have placed your child on a lower team. Dont worry we get it.
