So glad my son decided to play HS soccer and NOT Dev Academy. My son and teammates are heading to the HS state final 4 and will be playing College soccer next fall. The best of both worlds. A full High School experience that I know he will look back on with fond memories or chasing DA games in George and North Carolina every weekend.

Good luck to those DA players. Chasing a dream rather then living life.

Should be more then two coaches. OC will look for scape goats annually. Directors at OC create tension to protect their own jobs. The person saying someone should get fired is probably the one that should be fired.

You mean " The Director Dummies " Here is the definition of Director Dummy. A DD sits around a table and perpetuate nothing. You should read the rules, poaching certainly does exist for coaches. You are under contract with a club until May 1st, and then you have to notify your current club that you are going to talk to another club. Unless you are saying that they are only looking for coaches for ECNL and DA.

DT is gone after this year. SB is coming over to OC to take the U14 ECNL team. Yes he will be bring over his players and will combine with the best U13 (current team) players. Mark it down that you heard it from me.

Yes. He allegedly violated roster rules at Disney. An OCYS coach ratted him out. That Coach's car got vandalized.

Wrong. The bogus poaching charges were overruled a few weeks later. You really should be careful about libeling others on a public forum.

I'm not sure he's even good at younger kids. I've talked with a lot of coaches who say they have to "retrain" players who worked with him.
