Hello, anybody home?
Florida Rush helps OCYS attain USSDA approval.
What? Simply out of the kindness of Rush's heart?
You can bet your bottom dollar something's in the works between Rush and OCYS.
If nothing else, following tryouts, see how many Rush players from 2011-12 end up on OCYS' USSDA teams.
Would not be at all surprised to see OCYS and FL Rush merge.

If you heard all you would know that Rush and OCYS players from U16-18 will merge as one team. At the younger ages both clubs will develop players under USDA to merge the elite players onto one team at the U16 age. Hence take it as both clubs operating with one purpose acting almost as satellite fields to bring the top kids together when old enough. Makes complete sense.

of course, there's bound to be some hurt feelings and acrimony (maybe mine). But it's better to get things off to the right start than to allow people to believe it's a closed system and totally political.
