You'd better get used to your "privileged" white kid losing out to better players. Nowhere did you mention that your kid was a superior player with superior talents. It's the better players who get the benefits, be it sponsors, scholarships, gear, shoes, etc. The whole reason you're salty is because your privileged kid isn't good enough to be one of those "scholarshipped" players. Clubs will pay the way for the best talent, whether Latino, Black, White, Asian, or Croatian. Your kid may have the privilege, but he must not have the talent to be considered for the privilege of wearing Merc Vapor IIIs or getting a scholarship. Move on!

The point remains that we pay our way, and we play on a good team in a good club, and we don't sit around bitching about how somebody else owes us a break. Won't be long until those priviledged kids start driving to South Orlando so they can get a bench spot on a premiere team.
