Well ain’t that rich! So bucks gets the EDP teams leftovers. Can’t make this stuff up! And Real must be doing something right Bucks is never able to pick up multiple talented players - I guess when a team has good coaching and training and a winning record the team actually attracts talent.

Well bucks won’t get anyone from PA since their reputation is trash - so they will be lucky to get the Real girls!

I actually hope the game this weekend will convince some of the Bucks players to check out Real, lots of players on roster to compete with but welcome more as they are in growth mode!

Whether we win or lose games in the upcoming ECNL season and at Jeff Cup, I hope parents watch all of the other teams we play with a more critical eye. Virtually every team we play will have more frequent and better quality training than what our kids receive. The opposing teams also will not likely have an unqualified dad coach at the helm. It will be interesting to see how things play out.

That is a lot of kids in 1 year, but how real competitive teams operate.

Yep - teams that aren’t picked in living rooms before tryouts, teams where you have to earn your playing time and your position, teams that actually train and play quality soccer - and know how to pass to feet and not just kick the ball. Those kinds of teams will attract players .... see why Bucks doesn’t?

Oh that’s why they are looking to leave Real - I thought they wanted “more exposure.” Truth is they must have had some of their playing time taken by the new kids. Interesting the truth always comes out .

At any rate Bucks could use some new players and I don’t think they will be getting many from PA due to their horrible reputation in the local soccer community. Looks like BB had to hop the bridge to Jersey to find some kids willing to tryout

It will interesting to see if they still want to come after Real destroyed Bucks in the scrimmage.

What do you do when your coach no longer cares and just wants to get paid and has basically ceded his decision making to parents?

Ive always wondered about Joey Baloney's kid - seems horribly mismatched in terms of her skill set and her position.

You realize you’re talking about a 13/14 year old girl? I mean show some class will you. It’s pathetic that you sit behind your keyboard talking about little girls makes me wonder what else your looking at on your computer. Totally creepy.

Did you realize you were talking about 11-12 year old girls when you decided to pick a team in someone's living room and then proceeded to have people pay the club to attend fake tryouts.

Was that your definition of showing some class?

You’re off the team, your daughter is playing somewhere else, you don’t have to see this team or these parents or coaches why are spending so much time talking crap. It’s crazy, your daughter is much happier I would think you must be much happier since you dislike the coaching staff so much so why keep pushing an agenda. The majority of the parents on this team are okay with the coaching staff came to this team fully understanding that the coach coached a hs team so when things have to get moved they understand. The only parents who are still on the team who are unhappy (2 of them) are unhappy because they want their kid to play more, work harder and they will. Teach them to work hard, speak up for themselves

Showing class is just living your life without attacking 13/14 year old girls. It’s really sad what kind of example are you setting for your daughter? Just walk away

Dont worry, I think several of us are contemplating leaving the team whether things change or not.

I’m curious - were all the parents and kids really happy when the team got crushed by Real NJ - a lowly EDP team - according to this thread? An EDP team shouldn’t even be able to compete yet alone demolish your great ECNL team - I’m guessing some people were just a little shocked.

Hard work is not rewarded on this team - friendship with BB is what’s rewarded

Nice that you assume my daughter is not on this team. Not sure why you would assume that. She is in fact on this team - I know that upsets your narrative. You also are assuming that a majority of the parents on this team are fine with how the team was formed, and how things currently are in terms of coaching and training. Unfortunately, you could not be further from the truth. A majority of parents are not happy with the coaching. A majority of the parents are not happy with the direction of this team. And as parents have witnessed what Brian's involvement does to the team dynamics, a majority is no longer in favor of having him remain in his current role.

In terms of working hard - one of the big knocks on this team is that hard work is not rewarded. If your dad is on the sidelines with the coach, you are rewarded. If you are friends with certain players, you are rewarded. But the last thing that occurs on this team is a true merit-based coaching. Case in point, the addition of LB (the girl from the BRD who got hurt) to the team. She is not back to full form. That is understandable given the severity of her injury - but if we were just rewarding kids based on merit, there are a few RL players (who have played for us several times) who would have been offered a spot before her - but she was part of the original BRD, and makes a carpool easier for some, and doesnt go to the same HS as BB's kid - so she was offered a spot.

It shouldnt be too controversial for all parents (unless you are protecting your little Mia from hard work and getting cut) to agree on a few basic principles:

                            1. Training 2-3 times a week on turf with a paid professional coach.
                            2. No interference from an unpaid, unqualified dad coach.
                            3. All coaching decisions in terms of PT and positions made by a professional coach, with no parental involvement.
                            3. The best players make the team. PERIOD.

LB was injured while playing on this team, these are 13 year old kids, you’re saying he should have giving away her spot while she was injured? You’re pathetic and honestly not nice. Her position was held while she was recovering tryouts come around and we will see if she makes the team. I know you’re friends with the RL parents and it would be beneficial for you to have your friend on the team but guess what it doesn’t work that way. Grow up and grow a backbone go to the meeting and stand up and say how you feel oh wait you don’t want your little Mia to get hurt because of your opinion. Teaching her well don’t stand up for yourself it causes too much trouble just grin and bare it and complain on social media you are pathetic with your resting bitch face do us all a favor and Shut the hell up it’s annoying already.

First and foremost, what happened to LB is tragic. I do not wish that on anyone. But it is part of the sport, and it takes a lot of hard work to come back and be the same player you were before the injury. I know you have a hard time with facts, but the facts are LB was injured while playing for the Deep Run/FC Bucks North team coached by Audrey. Given how this current team was formed, I can understand your confusion between the FC Bucks North team and this team - but they are two different teams with two different coaches. Her position was not held for her, it was actually given to a player from the CRUSA/FC Bucks team. A player who interestingly enough is still on the team and does not go to the same HS as BB's kid. LB has now been rostered on this team for Spring, without trying out or proving herself. She was given this roster spot ahead of several players on the RL team (who we have relied on to fill out our roster) who arguable have proven themselves. Can you answer why these people were not offered roster spots? and why LB was?
