And in 3,2,1 .... tommy will come on here and say why u lying?

Bucks was outclassed on the pitch by Real NJ end of story. Hopefully bucks learns from it , and their coach makes some adjustments. It’s just a scrimmage and used properly can teach the girls a lot - number one would be you need to actually pass to your own teams feet in the game of soccer, if you want to actually score.

And, by 'adjustments' you mean, have a legitimate tryout and bring in real talent, right?

They are ashamed of their kids. That is shameful. Absolutely disgusting.

So what. They lost. Big deal. Speak the truth people. That all this is about!

For kids U15 and below EDP is fine, however U15 an up it isn't. You are hurting your kids chances of being seen by college coaches if that is the goal of your child. I am not saying there are not good teams in EDP, but there are not good clubs and that hurts all the kids club wide. There is a reason those EDP clubs cannot get into DA or ECNL. As for FC Bucks, the club in the worst shape it's been in and there are NO signs of things getting better. The club is poorly run and things must change. ALL the standards at FC Bucks are poor. Club-wide things are a total mess. It is crazy to allow this to go on!! This isn't just an 06 problem, it is a club problem, and that makes this club no better than clubs that cannot get into ECNL and DA.

Wrong, great players are flocking to local township teams, look at Real Nj, Lower Merion, Philly Coppa etc. I guess these players don’t plan on playing in college according to your logic.

We lost to Real NJ in a scrimmage in the fall 2-1 it was a pretty good game, fast forward to the spring and we lose 3-0 and it was a drubbing.

The lack of quality and quantity of training as well as a coach that is completely checked out showed itself on the pitch. As predicted on this thread the gap between Bucks and the teams that actually have practices 2-3 times a week and quality coaching is going to continue to grow, and the losses will increase and they will be by a greater amount. And then the fun stops.

The team is in a downward spiral - and if people’s eyes weren’t opened yesterday - then they never will be.

You are right it’s not just an 06 team issue.

....So how about ending this thread and creating an “Fc Bucks” thread? That’s how it’s done on all other boards. Look at ny or NJ boards. Threads are by club name not a specific team.

Why put all of this on the backs of a bunch of 13 year olds?
They didn’t sign up for any of this on here and it’s not fair to them.

Adjustments???Lol. Thats pretty funny. At this point, most of the girls on this team have played for RF a minimum of 2 years - some a few more. Has anyone EVER seen RF make adjustments? RF is not getting paid to make adjustments - he is getting paid to show up - and he barely does that.

Lot of truth to this - he has not made one adjustment to anyone’s position since the very first tournament this team played when they were U13. Not one - talk about zero development. Team can’t score and yet he continues to keep the same kids in the same positions - if something isn’t working how about trying something new - cause it sure can’t be any worse that it is right now.

This thread has been sadly spot on about everything that’s happened with this team.

                      I agree with this.

                      Can we make this happen?

In defense of RF, his hands are tied by BB. There are certain players who RF cannot move because of parental involvement - for example, BB's will not allow his kid to be moved from midfield, even though her skill set may be better suited elsewhere. Likewise, Joey Baloney's kid, has a skill set that would be more suited to playing defense, but he does not want her playing there. When a coach has even a small handful of restrictions like this, it impacts what he can do with the entire team at large, in terms of shuffling players around into different positions.

Your concern for 13 year olds is admirable but where was that same concern when two of the teams former moms and by extension their kids were cyber bullied on here relentlessly for months?

Where was your concern for 13 year olds when RF threatened to cut them on several occasions due to actions there parents took?

Where was your concern when RF forced the center back to choose her two defenders in front of the entire team?

Where was your concern that an unqualified biased dad is what was best for the whole team and not just for his buddies kids?

Where was your concern for 13 year old when RF completely ripped into to the point of tears the center back who is arguably the best player on the team after the PDA white tie .

Seriously where was your concern the? Because maybe if people had been more concerned back then the team wouldn’t find itself in this position. Food for thought?
Where was your concern all of those times?

So your response is...you have no concern for the children on the team and you will continue to bully them?

Everything you stated above is NOT the kids fault. Right?

I don’t know the history of this thread. I’m just trying to insert a little class to this and reason.

I honestly don’t know why we take the chance of playing township teams as results such as this weekend hurts our brand and reputation, if anything it may help the township teams to attract new players instead of other way around.
