I see why your kids weren’t picked for the ecnl team. Coaches avoid parents like you like the plague.

You think that all of these posts are from the RL team, you need to get a grip and come back to reality. what about the kids that were on the team before the BRD attended tryouts and their parents didn't talk to RF - especially since he is not approachable and BB doesn't want anyone to talk to RF? When was the last time you saw RF actually talk to a parent about anything substantial? Admit that the BRD was a mistake stop trashing other players/parents/clubs and how about YOU leave so that this sh*t show can end, you are doing no one any good by trying to bully everyone to come over to your side of thinking

Instead of blaming Kent, Ukies lady, RL, PSC, PSA, Real, and anyone else I may be missing, just focus on the 4 key issues - and blame the club for not immediately implementing these totally non-controversial issues. If the club delivers on their ECNL promise and implements these 4 items - there would be no need for anyone to blame anything on anyone else.

1. Training 2-3 times a week on turf with a paid professional coach.
2. No interference from an unpaid, unqualified dad coach.
3. All coaching decisions in terms of PT and positions made by a professional coach, with no parental involvement.
4. The best players make the team. PERIOD.

Agreed. Especially since BB is essentially the coach anyway - right now we are paying RF $12,000 plus expenses - for what?? we all could save money and have exactly what we have now

No one can blame them for complaining about playing time if BB’s daughter is playing more than she should as dad is on the sideline. Most parent coaches I know play their kid less than others due to not showing favoritism

Why isn’t he playing her more if she helps you win games. Why does he let her dad be there? None of this makes sense. Get her on the field. Boot the dad who clearly is affecting how your coach plays the kid. You guys are ECNL. No parents should be coaches and that is why.
