We could be just as good as world class if we trained as much as they do - we have the athletes we just need the training.

The second best thing that could happen to this team is the club removing RF as coach, and replacing him with someone who is actually dedicated to his or her team. I get that there are HS conflicts, but every other HS coach who also coaches a club team seems to be able to work around those conflicts, and make alternative arrangements when they cant. RF just doesnt care enough to do this. Thats on him. He knew he had senior night at Villa for weeks, perhaps months. And what did he do with that information - nothing. Did he secure a backup coach. No? Did he try and reschedule? No. He happily just took out money and said **** you.

Why doesn’t anyone report this to your DOC?

And no one believe RF is above threatening and taking things out on the kids considering he has done so in the past. So people are stuck with this forum. Hoping that someone will read it and do the right thing.

Does this dad coach coach other teams? Or is it just his daughter’s? Trying to understand what his motives are and why everyone is so upset.

What happens when one of our daughters are competing with his daughter for playing time in a key game where a college coach happens to be looking at both - are you ok with him making the call who plays more and who doesnt?
