The parents and players didn't know any better. The leadership of DM, CF, RF and BB made this team, and the entire club, look bad for years! Still too early to tell if CM will help, but things are moving and can only get better.

The parents didn’t know any better? Are you kidding me! What kind of parent thinks it’s ok to tell the club take all of our precious Mia’s or none of them are coming? What kind of parent teaches their kids it’s ok to cheat the system and not really have to try out. What kind of parent has so little faith in their daughters ability to make a team on her own that they felt the need to hold a club hostage, call a meeting and force club to guarantee their kid a spot? A bunch of entitled parents that have raised entitled kids. And they deserve everything they got with this sh** show of a team they created - karma bit them big time, and will continue to.

I will never ever understand how anyone thinks what these helicopter parents did was ok. It is abhorrent. The fact they thought it was ok to screw a bunch of other 11 year old girls who went to tryouts fully expecting to be given a fair chance to make a team. How would those helicopter parents have felt if their precious Mia was one of the many girls that got screwed not because she didn’t have the ability but because a bunch of other parents along with the helping hand of BB had rigged the tryouts, and the team was already picked!

I wouldn’t want my kid to come within ten feet of these nut jobs - can you even imagine what will happen during college recruiting. What a nightmare.

Truth!!! This is the primary reason NO ONE wants to be associated with this team. This team has added a grand total of ONE new player in 3 seasons. Nobody in their right mind wants to spend upwards of $10K to be part of a team that is filled with bratty entitled parents and players.

Very true and very sad, but the question is will anything be done about it? Probably not. Focus on finding the best situation for your kid and make the best of it. Lots of crap in youth soccer so keep it as positive of an experience as you can and put the bad experiences like this one behind.

I think you need to rephrase this question. The reality is no one "lost their roster spot" if FC Bucks ran things the way they advertise, then no one had a roster spot at tryout time - the team was a blank slate. Everyone who tried out (which by another posters account was approximately 85 girls) should have had an equal opportunity to be considered for a spot. The fact is, this didn't happen. After only one tryout, BB's kid and her friend were offered a spot, along with everyone on the former FC Bucks North-Deep Run team that wanted to be a part of the team and that had previously met in Joey Baloney's living room with BB, RF and CF, where the demand was made that it is all or none.

While many of these kids are decent and may have made the team on their own based on their skill. There are many that may not have - and they are still on this team and have yet to face any real competition for their spots.

Think of the 2006 talent that might have sought this team out had they had any success in the last 3 years and not had such drama? If you can replace just 2 bench players with starters each year it makes a huge difference in the long run.

There are top players at PSC, PSA, Ukies, Delco, PDA and Matchfit who all would have joined this team had there been no BRD, no BB, no RF, no awful parents spewing hate, lies and drama on here and no players who act like spoiled entitled brats.

False. No top player is leaving PDA, PF, MF for this team. Has norhing to do with coaches and everything to do with their clubs already providing evironment for success. You don't leave a known success for an unknown unless you really aren't a top player.

This would’ve died a long time ago if one or two posters had moved on with their lives. Instead those two chose to post about this team 5 times a day on average for the last 12 months pointing out things that happened 3 years ago (a year before the Eagles won the super bowl).

New prez, new doc, new coach, 2 spring tryouts have come and gone, the entire sports world stopped and yet two dads are so filled with rage about what happened 3 years ago they post on here every single day. Look at all the other threads. They’ve posted on here more than all the other PA threads combined. They said it was abhorrent what happened 3 years ago. Do you know why they won’t move on? They’re so filled with rage that they can’t.
