FC Bucks is in fact begging for 2006 players -via an email specifically asking for 2006 girls for this team - TRUTH

Only a couple of years ago FC Bucks did have over 85 kids at tryouts - TRUTH

The tryouts were FAKE - TRUTH

Everyone should have a plan B because this team really is teetering on the brink.

And yes, you can blame BB for all of this - he has been behind every single thing.

Reputation is in tatters. NO-ONE wants to play for this team. I’m just curious as to what happened to the “outside players” who were “supposedly” lining up to play for this team - just another lie from the bucks defenders. Lol! You are getting everything you deserve.

Truth is - at the critical age of U15 ECNL Bucks is literally BEGGING for players! Man karma really did come back to bite them! BB should be fired from his role as VP of bucks he is directly responsible for the teams fate. If CM even hopes to get bucks on the right path he needs to rid the club of BB. Most people will steer clear of the 2006 Bucks team as long as BB is around putting his thumb on the scale for his kid every step of the way. With Delco, PF and PDA south as alternatives no one is coming to play for bucks! Poetic justice.

u15 is a super important year - it is when real college recruiting begins, it is when most of the players are entering HS, and it is really the first true year of ECNL. It is also the age when top players from other clubs who want ECNL usually switch teams and come to ECNL clubs. The fact that ZERO players from outside the club are interested in this ECNL team and this critical age is really shocking. It really goes to show you how badly BB has messed up this age group for FC Bucks. Ask yourselves this - does BB still deserve to be involved with this team and as VP of FC Bucks? When he witnessed a coach constantly lying and failing to show up to games and practices, what did he do? - he lied to us and covered for that coach. When BB witnessed a coach inappropriately yell at and threaten several players, what did he do? - NOTHING. BB an officer of the club - part of its leadership, let a coach steal our money. He also facilitated the BRD, which completely goes against the values and ethos of FC Bucks, which is club that supposedly has tryouts and merit based teams as its foundation. BB, who does not have the qualifications to coach an ECNL team, ignored the ECNL expectations for its member clubs and took it upon himself to make himself a coach of his own kid's ECNL team. BB's actions over the past several years literally destroyed the 2006 girls age group at the club and have brought us to where we are today - the 06 CRUSA travel team has completely left the club and gone to another club - as a whole team. The 06 RL team is struggling to fill a roster and is currently looking for CRUSA travel and intramural players to fill its roster, and the 06 ECNL team has 15, is struggling to fill its roster, and is desperately looking for players.

While it probably all starts with the parents in creating an sense of entitlement amongst their children, once the children feel this sense of entitlement, they don't work as hard (because they know they dont need to), they dont show the coaches the respect they should be showing them, and they refuse to accept new players (socially)

The parents and players didn't know any better. The leadership of DM, CF, RF and BB made this team, and the entire club, look bad for years! Still too early to tell if CM will help, but things are moving and can only get better.

We caused this problem by demanding an all or nothing BRD and not having faith in our daughters abilities to make the best team possible. And BB sold us a bill of goods We now have to live with these decisions or leave the team.
