NL has overrated Gotsoccer point chasing teams like Real NJ in them if they played an ECNL schedule they would be middle of pack.

My kid plays a lot, and the coaches like her. That’s a big positive in my book

Is this the only positive thing anyone can come up with. I’m trying to be open minded here. I’ve heard the negatives loud and clear. Is sincerely want to hear from people who are happy with some positives on why they think the club is doing a good job and why specifically they are halo with this team.

There is nothing this team or club is doing right. The only thing that keeps people on the team and at the club are the fact that they are an ECNL club/team. For many people ECNL is all that matters. Right now Delco is the other option for many and they are as bad as Bucks. Both clubs at the bottom of the ECNL. If you really want ECNL- check out both and see which is the least worse. But for sure Delco has better facilities, practices three times a week, has speed and agility and has a PROFESSIONAL coach and not a Dad. Bucks does not do/have any of those things.

Girls teams share turf field at CRN - with at least 4 teams practicing at a time, practices are subject to thebyrif availability.

Dad coach who has zero qualifications and a checked out A licensed coach who lets dad coach make all decisions.

When there isn’t really any positives and people lie about there being wonderful facilities, knowledgeable coaches and great college connections it is hard not to comment.

Your credibility was lost with “great facilities”. I supposed you can argue there are a few good FC Bucks coaches. There also some college connections, albeit not the best colleges, but colleges nonetheless. But facilities? The facilities are terrible. Offering up a sliver of overused worn out CRN turf doesn’t qualify as great facilities.

But training 1.5 times a week with the current dad coach calling the shots is not going to do it. Team has gotten worse since last year after supposedly getting rid of its weak links. As the girls get older and play against skilled and athletic teams their athleticism won’t be enough. And I am not bashing just being truthful.

All true. But there are some people who profess to be completely happy with the way things currently are. I really just want to understand what the positives are from these people. We all know the negatives. No need to rehash them. Let’s hear the positives.
