Galanis won’t let them do that, he’s legit.

I’ve always found the ODP tryouts to be somewhat curious and arbitrary based on the limited time they see the players. Not sure of a better way though.

There’s too many kids, they’ll watch and grade. If you make it one year, and then regress, you won’t make it the following year.
I am right. It’s common sense. They can’t read minds, they don’t use historical scores. That’s conspiracy theory.
Wait, you believe in aliens right?

Common sense does not apply in our time. Unfortunately.

It’s easy, they are looking for technical and tactical, separation.
It’s easy to spot if you’ve played the game at a high level.
The difficulty is at the academies, even at young age, kids don’t fit certain styles and Red Bull’s, NYCFC and Union don’t care.

Apply this to trainers who make livings off this or want to make a name for themselves and you have the same cycle going. This trainer brings along this player for that trainer and they will bring along one of theirs....It happens and it's bull****.
This is why the MNT is garbage and this is why the WNT will follow in a cycle or 2. All you have to do is look at the current YNTs....NONE made it out of group stage during the Youth World Cup. Look at the stories of the original WNT that won and some of the older players now. They didn't have the restrictions on age or all the "elite" academies around sucking up money. This is why the MNT will never win a World Cup and why the WNT will continue to slide....

Raise this kid to an A and I'll raise this one from your class.....This was bad enough that a 1st year teacher reported it to administration and the board and teachers were let go because of it.

Talent my as*. Really. When you are well-connected, no need to work for 2-3 jobs to pay those academies and having yourself as a dedicated driver or hire one, your players are having better chance to be recognized than those who are truly talented but can't pay.
In the end, it's all about rich and powerful.
