It will be an arms race at the top over the next year before the split for ECNL/GA/ECRL. any game changers added to the contenders for the fall?

Deptford does have a town program but Deptford Premiere is treated as a club team. Most of the the girls do come from neighboring towns.

I’ve seen 4 undefeated teams this season
Bloomfield Thunder 7-0-2 (Premier 3 North)
Clark Comets 9-0-0 (Premier 5 North)
TSF Academy 5-0-3 (Premier 6 North)
MFA Mercer White 6-0-1 (Premier 6 South)
How would Bloomfield do a flight up, Clark 2-3 flights up, MFA Mercer B and TSF 2-3 flights up?

Bloomfield in Prem 2 North:
L vs Crush
L vs Torpedoes
L vs PDA White
L vs Kearny
L vs Boca
L vs Bridgewater
D vs Westfield
W vs STA MOSC
Record 1-6-1
Would finish bottom 3 with luckily surviving. Pointless and won’t get results like in Prem 3.
Clark in Prem 2 North
L vs Crush
L vs Torpedoes
L vs PDA White
L vs Kearny
L vs Boca
L vs Bridgewater
L vs Westfield
L vs STA MOSC
Record: 0-8
They would immediately get relegated by getting demolished every game. Way too high for them.
Clark in Prem 3 North
L vs Bloomfield
L vs NESA
L vs FA 2014
D vs NJ Crush B
L vs Hunterdon
D vs STA MUSC B
L vs Scotch Plains
D vs Europa Lions
D vs CSA North Bergen
W vs Summit
Record: 1-5-4
Won’t get results but would get many close matchups instead with a win and a couple losses. It’s a little too high.
Clark in Prem 4 North (division they will play in fall)
L vs MFA Morris B
L vs Clarkstown
L vs World Class B
D vs Silver Lake
L vs Valencia
W vs FC Berna
W vs PSA North
W vs Torpedoes B
W vs FA B
W vs FC Copa Red Flemington
W vs Ironbound
Record: 6-1-4
They are getting results with a close game and a couple losses. This is perfect for them.
Overall, Bloomfield would not get results in Prem 2 which would eventually get them back to Prem 3 and Clark should just go up a flight. MFA Mercer B and TSF should only go up a flight at best.

I dont think Clark can beat Berna, PSA, Torpedoes or FA B and there is no way they would draw against almost any of those teams in Prem 3.
Bloomfield could actually beat any of the teams in Prem 3 except Crush, Torpedoes and PDA would pick them apart.
A lot of those teams that have good records have aggressive teams that capitalize on teams lack of passing accuracy, bad touches or mistakes in the back. Those Prem 2 and most Prem 3 teams just dont do that.

Some of them can hang with higher teams and lose closer games.

Bloomfield cannot beat any team in Prem 2 except STA MOSC and a draw to Westfield. They would have a close 1 goal loss against Bridgewater and Kearny but after that they get demolished in 2+ goal loss. They also already lost 4-3 to a low Prem 2 team which is Bridgewater.
I also do realize the drop offs and differences in these divisions.

Bloomfield also had the chance to play Bridgewater in a tournament coming up this weekend but dodged playing a year up to try and dominate the weaker Prem 5 level 2013’s. To prove my point NJ Crush B who finished 4th in their league is playing a year up along with Bridgewater and 2 low 2012 teams.

Lower flight players are most likely looking to move on. Find better teams and players that are usually a bit more skilled but even more committed to soccer specifically. This is even more of a common thing with second flight or B team players. Some are crazy parents thinking their child falsely deserves to be playing up and some are legit kids stuck being the best on a B team looking for more of a challenge or to be pushed. After first flight drop off is big. Just check the history. Some clubs are 1 or 2 kids away from top tier. Kid gets sick or has a lacrosse game and things drop off. Just how it is.
