GSYSL is going to be in for quite a surprise come July 31st when the deadline to sign up for their league comes... The only clubs registered for their league will be the clubs coming over from the old NHSYSL league that just merged with GSYSL a couple weeks ago...
I think they seriously miscalculated the response from the clubs in the state... including Nashua, Amherst, Manchester, Derry and Bedford - which I predict will go with NHSA...

As with everything NHSA does, it will be a disaster. The organization is a complete cluster. The communication is terrible. Have you tried to get info on their website. It is awful. For example, how are the ODP teams doing? Where can you find out who made the teams? Do they have a schedule of games and results? How did the NH teams do in the Region 1 tournament in RI. These teams represented NH and NHSA, yet no mention of their success at the tournament?

GSYSL definitely miscalculated the response from the clubs. NHSA seems to have the support of the majority of clubs (large and small) in the state. Will there be hiccups, yes. But NHSA is about inclusion which is the polar opposite of the GSYSL board, who are very unapproachable.
I predict this league will only get stronger as more and more clubs and their representatives become actively involved in its growth and development. There are plans in place and they have a lot of support from outside sources.

Anyway, NHSA should have been better prepared for this but they were not. They do have a rough plan going forward and allowing club participation in the process is a giant selling point. GSYSL has a history of squandering money on boondoggle trips and laptops for board members and have put zero in to their website or communication process in years. Any of you have a child that ref's? GSYSL is a bit$ch to deal with and the attitude is crazy!

This whole thing is rather disconcerting to me... Will there be a decent option in this State or not? By decent, I don't need all the "elite" club members telling me how much soccer in NH stinks already... Keep that to yourselves. Please. I just mean a competive, well run league in NH. Ugh.

Only proves what level of maturity you are at.

GSYSL only assigns refs. The refs have their own organization. You got an issue with refs take it up with them. Same organization handles GSYSL, State cup through NHSA, and Futsal.
