"I really like the new crop of young people who were just elected to Congress," Sorkin said during an interview with CNN's Fareed Zakaria. Ocasio-Cortez is currently the youngest member of Congress at 29. Sorkin then added, "They now need to stop acting like young people."
"It’s time to do that," said Sorkin, a longtime Democrat who created the popular show "The West Wing" about a Democratic administration. "I think there’s great opportunity here, now more than ever, for Democrats to be the non-stupid party."
Sorkin said he believes Democrats should say the party is "not just about transgender bathrooms.

And of course the "young people" took offense to the suggestion. Typical millennials.

However, it urned out what Stormy and McDougal said about Trump and payments was true. I've no idea if the Russia thing will stick. All the evidence certainly isn't out there yet. But there's no doubt Trump has had campaign finance violations, money laundering and possibly tax fraud.
Campaign Finance Laws are so murky, so shifting, that it would be a crapshoot. Obama was fined, a similar fate might await Trump, but the evidence, the evidence , is what is important, not Cohen's words..
Since some of the Cohen. Trump recordings were released to the Public, and not in their entirety, that makes them nearly useless in a criminal proceeding. How can you get a fair trial if the " evidence " was released prior to due process ? Money laundering ? Money from where ? His businesses are legitimate. He isn't Al Capone or Tony Montana. You mean Russians buying condos at his properties ? Foreigners from all over the world do that everyday. Take a plane down to Miami and check out who owns a lot of the luxury properties there.
In essence, Trump's life is just like a spinning Merry Go Round . It always has been but now it is a feature on the political stage. Everyone is standing , watching the Merry Go Round spin, and each and every time the Dems or MSM catch a glimpse of something, they think it is the smoking gun. How many " Bombshells ". " Breaking News" " Walls are Closing in " ' He'll resign " " He won't last the first hundred days" ....on and on.
The Dems can't even put out an agenda other than get Trump. So far the candidates are just props. All have flaws, only identity politics to sell, and very little if any solutions. New green Deal is a deal breaker since we are swimming in oil, America's economy is leading the world, and Climate Change is near the bottom of concerns of the majority of Americans.

This is what he had to say last week.
" which it appears to be "
Appears ? Because Buzz Feed says so ?
Presumption of innocence? Due Process? Reasonable doubt ?
Another Democrat with his strings pulled by the phony MSM. What a clown.

If true, which it appears to be, the @BuzzFeedNews report that Trump suborned perjury is an impeachable offense, and the House should begin the process

^ similar to the Stormy saga and others. Every time Trump says he isn't doing something or accuses someone else of doing something, he's doing it. He's up to over 8,000 lies and untruths since taking office two years ago, an average of 12 a day.
