Longer term I would love to see
1) a move back to a 60+ vote requirement. That would push both parties to nominate less controversial judges that require more bipartisan support to get through
2) Term limits for SCOTUS and Congress. For Congress the need is clear - there are far too many dinosaurs in DC who are out of touch with their constituents and the American people. BOTH SIDES. For SCOTUS it shouldn't be a lifetime position. More frequent rotations would help keep the court more balanced in the long term.Comment

Seems they really didn't talk with any Yale classmates as several have come out saying he was a very heavy drinker. His HS yearbook alone shows a very different persona than the the choir boy he tried to portray on Fox. That, or the GOP chose to ignore it. If he was a heavy drinker? Fine, whatever, just admit to it. Why lie about it?
